  • All original programming (Melanated Voices, Melanated TV Originals, CrownThrive productions) is fully owned and managed by CrownThrive LLC.
  • All third-party content remains the intellectual property of its rightful owners.
  • MelanatedTV does not claim copyright, trademark, or licensing rights over third-party material.

3. Source of Streams

  • Public & Free-to-Air Content: Content openly distributed by broadcasters, creators, or organizations.
  • Independent Creator Content: Provided via partnerships or open licensing.
  • Original Content: Owned and distributed by CrownThrive LLC.
  • Exclusions: We do not knowingly include unauthorized pay-TV, subscription-only, or pirated content (e.g., ESPN, HBO, or similar). Any such stream identified will be removed.

4. Monetization & Advertising

  • Ads are displayed around content via the AdLuxe Network.
  • MelanatedTV does not inject ads into third-party streams.
  • Revenue supports cultural programming, creator partnerships, and ecosystem sustainability.

5. User Access

  • All content is streamed as-is from public sources.
  • Links and availability may change at any time.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local viewing laws.

6. DMCA Policy & Takedown Requests

Required for Removal Requests:

  5. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate.

Upon receipt of a valid request, we will:

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. This must include:

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  4. Consent to jurisdiction of your local federal district court (or appropriate jurisdiction if outside the U.S.).

Counter-notifications will be forwarded to the original claimant. If the claimant does not file a legal action within 10 business days, we may restore the material.
